Fiesta! Don't go on the internet to find stuff, go to dollar stores or party stores. Maybe have a ton of pinatas. And you should have a campfire or something, too, those are always fun.  Just go crazy!

At your sleepover, play a lot of games (Apples to Apples is really fun) and watch movies, play truth or dare, etc. The traditional stuff.

Do a Luau!!! they are so much fun and can be inexpensive. You can get cheap party supplies at Party City. Neat little cups, flowered lays, grass skirts, coconut and pineapple decorations. You can even buy a real pineapple to display on your table then slice it later for everyone to enjoy! Tiki torches are a neat festive way to light up your backyard too!!!
