What to Eat before running?

So its 11:26 and I have to leave at 2:00 to go to my cross country practice, What is something I can at for lunch that wont give me cramps while running. Thanks

  1. Something high in carbohydrates. Such as a bagel or whole wheat bread with peanut butter, a banana and an energy bar,  a bowl of cold cereal with a cup of milk, or brown rice.
