What to bring onstage?

Ok - I'm a solo musician with a backup band. I play clubs, and I want to bring a little something extra to my set. I was thinking of bringing some of my stripper friends out to dance for a song?(Not gonna happen, just an example) What are some ideas?

Announce a "special guest star" from (say) Russia.

The guy/gal walks out takes a bow, sits down, the set begins, they sit quietly and on the last bar they stand and hit one note on a triangle that was hidden in their jacket, bow, walk off...
