Question:

What to bring to a party?

A friend of mine is celebrating our completion of our exams soon, and alcohol will be most certainly included. But, I haven't got a clue what to bring. I'm not fond of beer, ale, stout, porter or cider. And his array of alcohol only covers that.

I was thinking bringing a spirit or liqueur but I don't want to be stuck with a bottle of absinthe all to myself while my friends are only lightly... sloshed.

So, should I bring:

Wine, Vodka, Rum, Vermouth, (I love the stuff) Port or the like. Or should I opt for a liqueur, I'm really unsure what to bring.

Wish my friend had a bottle of Baileys at the back of his fridge. :(

(Baileys is too expensive for me though.)

  1. Bring wine.  Women like wine.

  2. Bring a bottle of Long Island Ice Tea, it tastes good, and if no one else wants any, boy oh boy, more for you (provided that you like it) good luck, and try not to stress too much, at a party all the alcohol usually gets used up. Have fun

  3. if it's just a party to get drunk, vodka will do.

  4. There are generic versions of Bailey's at most liquor stores that would be cheaper. If you're really wanting to save money, buy a couple of bottles of good old Boone's Farm and have yourself a good time!

  5. you could always get a whole bunch of those really little bottles, i think they have about 2 shots in them, then you could mix and match and bring a variety!! :]

  6. Rum or Vodka mixes well

  7. How about a 4-pk (or 2) of flavored wine coolers?  Then you can bring home what isn't consumed.......or Mike's Hard Lemonade in 4-pks

  8. how bout some soda for the non-drinkers.........thier are sometimes a couple in every party.....

  9. I think vodka is a good thing to bring. It mixes well with other things.

What about a bottle of inexpensive champagne?
