What to buy for a Luau theme party????

I'm throwing my best friend a sweet-sixteen luau party..But i can only spend 30dollars on the decorations. what should i buy for the luau party and what websites could i go to get the stuff really cheap?

www.orientaltrading.com has the most variety and cheapest decorations.  Also, I just went to Party City last week and they had a sale on luau decorations!

Go to the dollar tree dollar store.  They have everything for that party including a luau CD, an inflatable limbo stick, tableware, wall decorations, skirts, leis.  Everything is a dollar.  Get a plastic luau tablecloth, 2 foil palm trees (we bought them, they look great), the CD, the limbo stick, some wall decoration cut outs, leis, flower garland, and anything else you see that you have money left over for.

even walmart has like 45cent lays and stuff like that, try dollar store too!!!! websites r wayyy to expensive and cost shipping and handeling
