What to buy my friend for her 14th birthday?

My friend turned 14 yesterday, but I'm not going to be able to see her until wednesday, so I have until then to get her a present. I made her a CD with a bunch of her favorite songs, and I have ten dollars to spend on something else for her. I live in a rural area (like there is no wal*mart or anything) all we have is dollar general, family dollar, and a few cheesy discount stores. What can I buy her today for ten dollars or less? At one of the stores we have in town? Thanks so much.

Try finding one of those balloons for bithdays that say 14 on it.
