What to chose from cyprus and ukraine?

I'm going to europ for study

(I have to get part-time job : graphic design or web programming there.)

I'm from india.

don't know Russian or Ukrainian but English.

(so job availability and language both are matter)

Alot of people speak English in Cyprus so the language would not be a problem but you will need to check if you need a work permit.

Depending on where you are going in the Ukraine depends on whether you will need to speak Russian or Ukrainian. I live near the black sea and it is all Russian here though they know both as it is taught in school. As for english being useful, not very much as I find it hard to find many who do speak english here.

As for jobs, Kiev has a lot of tech driven jobs but it would be hard to get a job in the industry without knowing the language and as well as someone who is already working at the job.

I think you would have better luck in Cyprus than the Ukraine.
