What to consider when choosing a location for a movie theater complex?

Location should be with in the city limits, should have ample space so that parking wont be a problem. Should have well connected roads towards the location. Better if the location is near to some mall or some happening places in the city which can attract people towards the theatre complex also. Should have connectivity of private and govt bus plying near through theatre complex road... Rest all will facilitties will come by once this all there in place...All the best...

well la tee da you can have a movie theater complex lol jk that's awesome, but is it indoors, or like an AMC or  something big like that? I'd say an indoor one would be tight if it were in  a basement where it's dark already. Otherwise for a big outdoors one, in the middle of a city works. A good one depends on if there's other stuff to do near the movie theater. A mall is always good because of all the shops. Another good place is somewhere like Hollywood. There there are a whole bunch of tourists and places to hang out around the movie theater before or after you see a film. Oh yea I was reading the other 2 comments and I'm 15 so I like to hang out at movie theater places like every weekend. I definitely suggest not making the prices outrageously high. This one movie theater where I live is now charging 14.50 for an adult ticket which is crazy. Also this probably only works for me but don't hire a*****e security guards. They will make you lose teenage customers whom I don't know if you want but teenagers can spend a lot of money. If there a lot of teenagers where you live though, having them hang out at the theater every Friday evening can make for some good business though.
