  1. thats life

  2. I'm a little confused; it looks like you didn't finish asking your question.  I home schooled my two youngest children and it's not hard to get your son up to speed academically if you have the time and patience. After speaking with his teacher and gaining some insight as to what he needs work with, check in your local phone book, to locate stores in your area that sell teaching aids. The staff there should be able to assist you in finding the right material to help you work with him over the summer. I wouldn't be as concerned about his being held back as not getting the knowledge he needs to succeed. If he does well over the summer, he should start the new school year with confidence and may not struggle in the new school year as he has in the past.

  3. maybe he learns a different way and doesn't want people to thing he is stupid if he said anything about it I'm the same way

  4. hello ,first ask him that what he wants to do n in which he was interested ...dont force him to do anything without his interest...ask him first talk with him openely n then take a decision may be it will give gud result...dont worry everything will be ok...

  5. I am 14 and going on to 10th grade... but in my 9th grade class i know many 16 and 17 yr olds who were detained and repeated the years... just so that you know your son is not alone.. yes its true that its considered really bad failing a grade but then put youself in your son's place.... maybe he just doesnt like studying but is possible that that he's really good at some sport or somethin.. like this person in my class( he's a state waterpolo player). Ask him what he likes and what he wants to do
