my mom hasn't talked to me in 2 weeks so far. how do i just start talking to her again?

Have you just not talked, has she been avoiding you, or is she actively giving you the silent treatment while living in the same house?

Just start talking to her.  "Hi Mom, how was your day?  How are things going with (something or someone she's interested in)?  What did you think about (this news story, some Olympic victory)?"  Focus on stuff that she is interested, and demonstrate interest in her thoughts and opinions.

If it ws the result of a fight, then be the first to apologize for your share in the argument.
