I have posted earlier tonight regarding my lovely eldery client who passed away today. Going to miss her so much!
As a professional dog walker, my sub-contractor has been walking her dog for the last few weeks as I have been unable to work due to drivers license issues.
Due to not working, I have a tiny minimal income coming in from the profit of my sub-contractor. Its just so minimal it hardly amounts to anything. And I currently have about $10 in my bank account. Literally
So the money I would have collected from my client who passed, would have gone directly to my sub-contractor. Its technically his money.
Should I have been working and had a income, I wouldn't even bat a eye lid at this $100 that was owing. As I cared for her very much and I would have happily paid the $100 out of my own wallet to my sub-contactor, and I wouldn't be as petty to obtain this $100 from the executors of the estate.
Although I don't have any money to cover this payment to my sub-contactor. And my sub contract is owed for the work he has done, regardless of the situation.
What should I do???
