What to do? Ive wasted my day yet again cuz i was awake all night, now im awake..?

its 5pm and i cant get anything done, everything is shut!! ARGH! i HATE this, how can i make it so i actually sleep at night or try to do SOMETHING useful in day light hours when everything isnt shut? now i have to wait all weekend to sort out things that should have been done today. i had so many things planned today and i just fell asleep :(

  1. If you cant sleep at night try breathing very slowly and deeply and at the same time relaxing  your muscles. works for me.

I have a similar problem...and here is your solution. you need to go out and get wasted one night until u pass out. you will wake up the next morning at a reasonable time so that your body clock will in a way be reset....well you dont need to get drunk you just need to retrain your body clock to go to sleep at a reasonable hour....try getting up early.
