Write to tell them you'll terminate the contract unless they get it to work and mention in passing that you'll remove their chairman and his family from your Christmas card list... that ought to do it!

I would pose that very question to customer service and get their take on it !!!  That would be interesting to see what they had to say after a comment like that!!!  LOL Cheers!!
