Okay all of a sudden a few months ago my hair has been falling out.. I am not taking any medications, nor have I been pregnant recently. I spoke with the lady at the salon and she told me my hair is healthy and I have no patches or bald spots.. but my hair is thinning out and I am not sure what may be causing the problem. I am only 24 and baldness doesn't run on either side of the family.. PLEASE HELP!!

  1. maybe it's the products you've been using or maybe it could be that your putting to much stress on  on your hair such as: using too many heat styling tools, pulling your hair back into really tight ponytails or buns or maybe your stressed out and it is causing you to develop alopecia. The first thing you should do is go to someone who specializes in hair care and ask them what you should do to grow your hair back

  2. There can be alot of reasons for hair fall... Like using a product which doesn't suit you, poor diet, pollution, stress, etc etc

  3. Hair loss is caused by many reasons such as malnutrition, illness, tension and other health problems.Perming, straightening, hair dyeing and bleaching ,hot combing, using heated rollers and hot wax inevitably damage the hair.Badly damaged hair breaks at the scalp. 4. Well how often do you wash your hair?  You should wash it at the MOST, once a week and at the least, once every 2 weeks. No more than that.  An excellent product that you can use that i definitely recommend because I use it myself is Rene Furterer.  It was originated in Paris or something, i dont know but the products are excellent.  They have shampoos, conditioners, treatments, everything to make your hair look beautiful and become healthy.  You should use one of their treatments, followed by a shampoo and conditioning routine.  The only problem you may have with this is that the stuff is expensive- I will admit it.  But if your hair if really worrying you, then why not spend the extra few bucks to get it back into shape?
