  1. OTC painkillers

    Warm lemonade with honey

    Warm saltwater gargle

    Eat a popsicle

  2. Aspirin, gargle with warm salt water

  3. You probably have an infection and need an antibiotic, and a antihistamine for the drainage. That's what's making your throat sore. There is one thing that I know works, you can try for the sore throat. Get some Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar. In a cup or glass put in 8 ounces of warm water, then add a tablespoon of the vinegar, stir it and began gargling. After you gargle a few times and spit it out, the next gargle swallow it. The vinegar mix will kill any germs that have broken loose and gone into your stomach. You need to do this a few times a day. Vinegar does kill strep throat germs. And it doesn't taste all that well, but you'll get used to it. People eat their salads with oil & vinegar. For the sinuses, you can boil a pan of water that salt is added to. After it begins to boil, turn it off, bend forward, not to close as to burn yourself, but close enough to inhale the steam. Now that will cause your sinuses to drain more, so keep a tissue handy to blow your nose. If the forehead hurts above the eyes, take a wash cloth, drench it with hot water, wring it out, then place the moist heat on your forehead. If this doesn't help you, then you'll probably need to see a Doctor.
