What to do about a stretch mark problem?

I started working out yesterday, like liftting weights and other things and i notice little lines lighter than my skin under my arms. So is this because i am lifting to much or does this just happen.

  1. relax them and look if there are wrinkles, because it could also be where your skin was wrinkled and didn't tan.

    It's probably not stretch marks if you started just yesterday, but you can use cocoa butter before you work out if you're really concerned.


  2. They're stretch marks. I have them on my thighs :/ and you get them from either becoming bigger or smaller... in your case bigger. I've found that Cocoa Butter works to reduce the appearance of stretch marks, so does popping liquid vitamin e pills and rubbing them on the marks. I don't think you can make stretch marks go away completely, but these tips will help reduce the appearance.

  5. you must be pretty big...this happens because your skin is stretched to its breaking point....its normal most of the time..except for those rare freaks who never get any...LOLLLL try bio oil.....or cocoa butter...id advise you to start using it now everyday...and you could stop them from getting bad....and make the ones you already have really fade...
