What to do about cellulite?

I just noticed that I seem to be getting cellulite on my thighs. I'm 25 years old and I've always been in good shape. I work out all the time. Is there anything else to do about this?

  1. i didn't notice u re in good shape according to that picture. u need to work out more and do massages for cellulite. and what re u - wearing a diaper or smth? u better take that picture off

  3. Are you leading a stressful lifestyle? Are you eating right? Lots of fried stuff? Perhaps it's time to go organic.

    There are many factors that can cause cellulite to appear abruptly.

    Working out does help but if it is hereditary, things may be more complicated.

    I will suggest you try out some cellulite creams first and see how well your cellulite responds to it.  

  4. It really doesn't look bad at all.  Plus, you look like you're a healthy weight.  I would encourage you not to worry about it and to continue a healthy, active lifestyle.

    On another point, there are much better solutions for incontinence than what you're using.  I don't mean to embarrass you, but it really does look like you're wearing a diaper and there are much better products on the market.  Take a look around.  Try www.aimedicalsupplies.com, for example.

  6. Getting rid of cellulite

    Getting rid of cellulite is simple but could be complicated at times. The only way this could be reduced is to lessen overall body fat. It is not as easy as merely applying cream on the affected areas. It is not also advised that you starve yourself. The only way to prevent it is to follow these five highly effective recommended tips:

    • Eat small meals throughout the day. You may apportion your meals into five to six cuts compared to the three basic meals in a day. Each meal should be at least two to three hours apart. Every intake should contain at least one protein and one carbohydrate source. Take note, that the first meal should be eaten within an hour after waking.

    • Drink a glass of water at each meal. Water, as we all know is essential to the body.  It is important that you drink water in order to detoxify your body with the wastes that we have gathered.

    • Rest properly. This simply means taking at least eight hours of sleep as you consumed two thirds of your whole day to all other chores.  

    • Exercise should be done at different intensity levels and different session lengths. Consider doing either a low intensity, long session or a high intensity, short session. Another combination would be a medium intensity, medium session.

    • Strengthen muscles by training one to three times per week. You should lift recommended weight and perform the proper amount of repetitions for your strength training.
