What to do about cramping?

I used to dance ballet when I was in school but quit after I graduated. I am now 21 and would like to start again but whenever I go up on pointe, both of my feet become cramped if I have them pointed for too long. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if there's anything I can do to prevent this.

  1. 1.Try stretching them;

    Clentch them in and out...

    2.Also you may have the wrong point shoes

    3.Because you havny being dancing for a long time it will take a while to get back into the swing of things but you'll probably get used to it.

    4.Try talking to your dance teacher see what she says.
