  1. My doc recommended a Pepcid AC in the morning and before bed and also a Tums with meals. Worked wonders for me!

  2. Try not to eat anything at least 3 to 4 hours before bed.  Or if you do..make it REALLY light..enough so you aren't starving but can keep your mind off of being hungry.  Don't eat anything really spicey or fatty or try to keep it to a minimum if possible.  No O.J. before bed, either.  And drink some club soda to relieve the pressure of heart burn.  These are just the things that work for me.  Most importantly, don't have anything heavy in your stomach.

  3. TUMS  cocoa & creme flavor very bland and nice

  4. When I get heartburn I eat a piece of celery with a little peanut butter or cream cheese on it.Plain works too.Try it. :)

    Congratulations

  5. TUMS!!!! They have calcium too!!!

  6. I've tried all the medicines..they dont work .Milk works for me. nice big glass of milk...mmmmmmmmmmmmmm

  7. I drank alot of gaviscon and drank milk with my 1st pregnancy i knew he was going to have a lot of hair with the heart burn i was getting and yep he had black hair.

  8. sleep on an incline.  Get a wedge pillow and put pillows on top of that.  That helped me.  Also, drink a small glass of milk before bed.

  9. I took a lot of Pepcid before bedtime while I was pregnant, it worked great. Or for immediate relief when the heartburn happens, Tums worked just fine too.
