What to do about painful monster nose pimple?

I randomly got his big painful zit on the side of my nose, it's been there for like 3 days and it HURTS! Is there anything I can do to bring down the swelling, redness and pain?

Put something cold on it and keep it there for about 30 minutes.

Then before you go to bed (i know this is going to sound weird) but put a dab of toothpaste on it. It'll dry it out.

But I would just pop it if it were me. Once I pop a big zit it goes away within 2 days.

did you pop it yet?  Lance it with a needle and put some rubbing alcohol on it.  Dries it right up

actually if its a monster pimple with no white thing in the middle u shouldn't touch it. It will just make it bigger and worse..... :D

You can crush 1to 2 Aspirin tablets mix with a little water and apply on pimples for 15 minutes and wash. More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/

Since its not at the popable stage yet then the irritant is still what we call an underskin pimple.  Use a cold compress for no longer than 15-20 minutes.  Then put hemorrhoid cream or toothpaste onto the site to dry it out.  Good luck
