  1. You may need grief counseling. Have you read any books or gone on any websites about this? Try it. With time it gets easier to cope. Sorry for your loss.

  2. It is important to take the time you need to mourn your grandmother's passing. It is completely natural to feel sad and cry for extended periods of time after the loss. When the time is right though(and when you do this is completely up to you, when you feel ready etc) you will need to start getting on with your life. Go for walks or runs. Take trips to parks. Go on day trips around your area. Though it may not seem like it, keeping busy will distract you from thinking about you're grandmother. If you find yourself constantly crying, I suggest you write down in a book about the way you feel, kind of like a free verse poem or rant. refer to it later after you stop crying to reflect on your emotions. Think about why you feel this way. TALK to someone close to you about it. Once you share your situation to someone else you will feel a sense of relief, part of your burden shared.

I hope I have helped in someway. Good Luck with things and I hope you feel better soon.

  3. This is normal.  I've lost my Mother, Father, and crying is an outlet.  There are 5 stages of grief and you are going thru the first one.  If you live near the beach go for a big long walk at sunset. Or if near bush or mountains, go for a big bush walk.  Walking helps heaps & you may just feel her around you.  Everyday is a new day and she is in no pain only those left are.  I found books at the library are a help as they explain the pain. There are many good books to help you thru the five steps of grieving & they do help.  Time helps.   Take Care it does get better.
