from wat ppl tel me n my research....after engg., workin experience of sum yrs n then MBA...bcoz MBA is all abt practical work...dont u think work experience wl help u understand bussiness management better??

i say that you must consult career counselor. it would turn out very helpful.

or to the least meet people who you know who chose either job/mba and check how it turned out to be for them.

Now for my answer, i suggest that you work for a year then join for an MBA course. this would not only increase your chance for a good placement but also give a lot of experience and most importantly an essential break from books and classrooms.
