What to do during hurrican? ( bored.....)?

So i am going to be home all day during the hurricane...what could i do? My mom doesnt want me to turn the stove or oven on, so anything i could cook with what a typical house would have in its pantry....any other ideas of what to do. i am almost 14.

Do your homework. Read a book. Get your clothes ready for the week. Try a different hairstyle. Invite a friend over. Go out for a walk as the storm is not going to be that bad at all.

where are you? on the east or west of florida?

if on the east i'm already going through it. play on the internet, watch tv, etc. it sint going to be that bad.

if you are over on the west...well i dunno arent you guys getting a hurricane? you might lose power...i guess read a book.
