  1. Don't think there's enough information here for a good answer, but I'll make a guess anyhow.  If the information below isn't what you're talking about, try reposting with more information.

    I'm assuming you're talking about how to fill out a postal MONEY order in the US...  Depending on the office, the money order will be either one part with a tear off piece on the top edge, or will be two pieces, a blue flimsy receipt and the gold money order.  

    If you have the blue flimsy, that is your receipt.  Just file it until you're sure the addressee has received and cashed the money order.  Same with the tear off piece on the other style.

    The LEFT side says PAY TO.  Fill in the name and address of the person or company you are sending it to.  

    The RIGHT side is for your name and address.  Be sure to fill out both portions before you mail it.

    Most other countries that issue postal money orders have similar designs, just watch to make sure you put the payee and your name in the correct spaces.
