What to do for a 12 year old going on 13 paty?

I want an outside party but don't have enough tents. If I invite boys i have to invite my twin cousins Boys) because they are in my class at school. What stuff could i do outside and inside on a medium budget.

you could have a barbeque and like in a shed/garage or whatever convert it into a disco with a dj its really fun ive been to one.
