What to do for a surprise birthday party?

My sister is turning 18 next year and I want to throw her a surprise bday party. Her birthday is in August so there's lots of things that we can do. If there are any helpful activities, games, and thing at all that would make this a day to remember that would be great.

i would call all of her firend and maybe get a red carpte and get the moives she like and have a moives thredore and and like black red and white praty sermer and get the favrot candy she like

I've thrown 2 different surprise parties and they were a great success! The main thing is to make sure it stays a secret! Use a theme of the birthday girl's favorite thing (hobby, etc) and get tons of pictures. Blow them up (kinkos) and make some posters. Have someone "MC" the event and tell funny stories about her that will make her blush. Write a silly poem containing tidbits of her childhood antics. It will be as much fun for you as it will be for her!!
