For my daughters I hire a massage therapist and all the girls had massages we also had someone help with manicures, peticures and I bought a machine to wax hands.  We also did make up.  We had lots of fun food, overnight with lots of movies and music, I have been collecting gowns from rummage sales and good will along with high heels.  The girls dressed up all night and had a great time.  I then made a fake 4 tier cake with the top being the only part they ate.  I bought a crown for the topper.  My daughter helped decorate it, I don't think she will ever forget her birthday but I am not sure I can top it next year.

have the party at the YMCA.....they have skating, swimming, racket ball, and all kinds of activities. the activities are both fun and good for the body. =]

lazer quest, mall, movies, spa, nail salon, bowling, the ymca (has a really cool and big rock climbing wall) build-a-bear, sleepover, pretty much anything.

if you wanna save money, a really cool thing is have a spa. the moms can give the girls spa treatments, and then can have fun doing this stuff~

for eating, have finger sandwiches. egg salad, cucumber, chicken salad, and pb&j for the picky eaters. to drink during spa tea. after while eating, lemonade, or soda
