What to do for an end of finacial year dinner?

I am organizing a dinner for around 60 people and i need an activity to have there. last year they had a casino tables using fake money. it was really good and i need to do something which is fun and doesn't involve a lot of thinking and doesn't involve sitting at the same thing for along time

Carnival - Have a palm reader or card reader, a person doing caricatures, a few carnival games... all can be rented

Disco theme - have a life-size photo cutout of the boss dressed in 70's attire at the entrance for photos (put disposable cameras on the tables), hang disco balls, hire a dancer to teach some dances from the era, serve fondue for dessert, have a costume contest
