Pain in lower back, all the way down leg on backside, into heel and on both sides of heel and very bottom of heel. When sit down for awhile or lay down then get up can't put weight on heel or walk on it. After a while of walking although very painful can finally walk on it. Then starts all over again if sit, or lay down again.

  1. Have to agree, sounds like an inflamed siatica, best thing to do is to lay in semi-fuller's position (basically like an astronaut in a capsual) lots of pillows under head shoulders, then about two or three pillows under knees, take some Ibprofen, muscle relaxers would help with pain.  But I really wouldn't do that exercise that is recommended above, I think that will only make it worse.  Depending on how long it's been hurting, try adding some moist heat.

  2. I found this great site with everything you ever need to know about heel pain, I dont know the answer to your question but I'm sure you can find it there, its www.heelseats.com

    I hope that helps!

  3. Sounds like a compressed sciatic nerve. Get on all fours and drop the middle of your back, the raise and arch the middle as high as you can.
