What to do for swimmers itch on a dog?

We got back from our vacation to the lake about 4 days ago, and one of my dogs still has a bit of a rash on his feet/leg area where he was standing in the water, he is l*****g and nipping on it still, and it looks a little red and irritated the more he licks it.

Do i give him a bath, or will that just irritate it? Is there anything i can put on it to make it better?

definitely give him a soothing oatmeal bath formulated for dogs..

no benadryl

Yes give him a bath and maybe a benadryl for the itching
