What to do here in Tampa for a first date?

Here is my question. I have met a very nice young woman but she works until 11pm, so I was wondering if anyone knows a very interesting, not over the top type place to take a girl out in Tampa or around the area. I like cafe's but there seems to lack an artsy type area here, in my old city we had Park Avenuse which was a cool area. New to tampa but need some interesting ideas to take a lady out to. No clubs.. or loud type places. A very authentic place is ok too.

I work an odd schedule that is sometimes hard to work around.  Here is one of my best dates for the late night:  I had a guy take me out, and it was late.  We started out with a movie (warms up the date and offers a subject for conversation if we got shy or nervous).  After the movie he took me to the beach where he'd put 2 beach chairs in the back of his truck.  He had a cooler with wine and cheese.  He brought me a sweater in case it got cold.  

It was one of my best dates.  He was so sweet and he'd thought of everything (like the sweater).  We were able to talk until all hours of the night and it was very peaceful.  He didn't try to grope me the whole time although we did quite a bit of hand holding and such.  It was such a nice relaxed environment and he was such a gentleman.  You don't need a fancy place for your date - you can create your own place if you wish.
