Don't.  Find a car under $1000.  You will love it and maybe run it into something.  If you do run it into something, you won't care, because it was cheap.  There is no reason to borrow money for any car.

no company is dumb enough to lend money to a minor, because minor can easily bail out of any contract, because all company knows minor is abide to a normal contract.

You pay cash or wait until you are 18 and have enough credit to borrow money. Until you're 18, you can't sign a contract.

You could get a loan from you parents then pay it off. I don't think anybody will give you a loan because you are not considered an adult yet.

Borrow from someone or work and earn it.  You will still not be able to have your name on title until you are 18.  You have to be 18 to sign any legal contract in USA.
