  1. Add more of whatever the base of the food is; it'll dilute the spice a little bit. And next time you make it, just use less of whatever it is that makes the dish spicy.

  2. eatable????????????????????????????

  3. Basically all you can do is add more food to dilute the spice. If you can, make another batch with less spice and mix them together. If that doesn't work, drink milk while you eat it, that will slightly reduce the effect of the spice.

  4. Serving it with plain rice will cut the spice. Dairy, like yogurt or sour cream will also. If you made it with potatoes, you could just add more to the gravy.

  5. Honestly, I have no idea how to "un-spice" food. I do know one trick. My friends are big curry eaters, they looove it. When I go over there, they always give me vanilla yogurt. It has little taste and it cools you mouth. It is great, I eat it with jalapenos all the time!

  6. Pav bhaji spice is pretty hot as it is.. maybe you should make some more with garam masala and cut the pav bhaji you made into it... or just add more tomatoes and whatever veggies you used.

  7. you can try adding tomatoes...or bit of cream / yoghurt... You could use some sugar or substitute to change the taste...

    Good Luck :)

  8. Add potatoes.

  9. water/milk

or just drink sumthing after each bite
