  2. That's why we invented alcohol...

  3. I guess the pains in age are the payment for the health of youth.  We get to view life from many angles, young, healthful, naive then the opposite as we age. Really, it is a great priviledge to get old. There is lots to do read, garden, movies, babysit. Try taking an art class, Grandma Moses left us some wonderful examples of the beauty inside her soul. Join some group. Travel. Do all the things that you have always wanted but never got around. Write your memories. Donate your time. Learn to respect old age, it is an honor and the reason that God is shown as an old person. Even if others don't understand the honor, you can. You have survived, you're a winner.

  4. a person can feel that way at any age or they can not feel that way at any age. I felt that way a few years ago. I am only 49 but had so much stress I was traumatized. I didn't eat or sleep properlty & ended up being diagnosed with diabetes. I was drained tired & felt like I was just going to die. My 20 year old son had died & I just wanted to be where he is. I have another son that I needed to leave for but I was torn between the 2. My husband & I were always careful with money but we ended up with hospital bills & I took a loan to pay them off so I wouldn't have to look at them anymore. Then the payments were more than we could make. So we left our jobs at one time my husband slide from a roof making some money as a handyman & with no insurance someone trying to help us asked if I wanted to try a coach. This changed my life...Now I coach people to set goals & it took a long time for me to get where I am today but I now love my life & it keeps getting better all the time. So no matter what your outer circumstances are you can change the way you look at it & the things you look at will change.
