What to do if my emirates ticket haven’t arrived?

I am a Canadian citizen and I bought arsenal match tickets on general sale and was told I would receive them by mail, they have not arrived. What should I do?

Revisit the Arsenal Ticket Information page and select the relevant game. For each game you will be advised on whether your tickets have been dispatched to your home address or whether your tickets have been dispatched to the Emirates stadium for collection on the evening of the game.
