Just call the newspaper. I did this when my 5 year old daughter called an ambulance for me when I was knocked out. The newspaper came and did an article, picture and all, and 3 days later a news crew from the local station was knocking on my door. They did a segment on TV, even had the 911 call on there. It all started from one phone call to the newspaper.
