What to do if you have to carry a heavy bag everytime?

I'm a student and my teachers require me to bring everything EVERYDAY. I walk for almost 2 miles and I would get a sore back. What can I do about it?

complain to the school  head about not having lockers .for heath and safety they are required to have them .i had to walk like you to school with heavy bags .now my shoulder on my right side gets stiff and painful from the bag i was carrying and im only 20 and i already have problems .if they dont provide lockers they should let you keep your books in a room in the school when not needed or get a roller bag it might help you like the small ones people use at the airport a lot of my friends used them ( i wish i used it two )

I would say a good bet is to get a duffel bag that rolls. You can pick it up and carry as you need or you can roll it.
