I am a single mother of three kids and I have decided to move me and my family to Boise Idaho to start a new life or just new begining. I plan to go to Boise State University in the fall of 2009, but this move isn't all about me. What should I consider for my school aged children who are 10 and 8 and then by next year my youngest will be 3 years of age. She would be entering preschool. What should I look into when it comes to schools, extra circulumim activities, therapist, peditraitians and so forth. Any one familiar with the Boise area please let me know. Thank you.

  1. School will depend on where you live, the district is divided up into many elementary schools.  If you contact the school that your older two will be going to they might have a list of preschools near by.

The Discovery Center, is a great place to go for fun, its  science museum.

A lot of the doctor questions can be answered by where in town you live, Boise is fairly spread out, so finding places near your residence will make things easier.

  2. chucky cheese or cicis pizza

  3. Boise is a great place to live and raise your kids.  There is lots of great stuff for kids to do. You can do pretty much do any outdoor activity you can think of.  Places for kids we have are; Chucky Cheese, Boondocks, Roaring Springs, Discovery Center, Tumble Time Gymnastists, Countless parks, Zoo, and more.  Some school districts are better than others but most are pretty much equal, so in that respect you might consider living in a area of town where most of your time will be spent.  If you need anymore info on relocating to Boise and what is here in Boise, visit http://www.findboisehomes4sale.com/boise... - all the information you will need.
