What to do in Cheyenne?

We're in Cheyenne for the next three nights. We plan on taking pictures of the giant Abe Lincoln head on Rt. 30. also the Ames pyramid, and the Peacekeepers. We planned on visiting the Terry Bison Ranch Other then that we were going to go downtown to see the city and check the outskirts for any awesome views. Do you have any suggestions of what to see or do in Cheyenne or surrounding areas? Anything quirky, or "different" would be great.

when you go up to check out the lincoln head, take a moment to inhale deeply of the fragrance of the mountains. god i miss home.

back in the 50s there was a dance hall in that area, it burnt to the ground.

my family used to camp not far from where that lincoln head is.

goinig into laramie there is a rock quarry on the right, i used to target practice there and hunt rabbit there. got 35 cents a pelt for them.
