  1. There are plenty of things to do in or around Denver. There are plenty of malls to go to, and plenty of museums and parks to go to as well.

  2. Stuff to do in Denver-

    Amusement parks:

Waterworld on 88th and Pecos, Americas biggest and best Water park.

Elitch Gardens on Speer and Elitch circle, The only Downtown Amusement park in the country

Lakeside on 46th and Sheridan, Home of the oldest running rollercoaster in the state of Colorado, as well as one of the oldest in the country. The park itself is also The oldest in the state, opening in 1908.

    Other fun stuff:

If one's available go to a concert at Red Rocks Ampitheatre on 2605 Red Rocks Park Rd in Morrison.

Attend one of Denver's many Sporting events. The Denver Broncos play at Invesco field at mile high at 2755 W 17th Ave

The Colorado Rockies play at Coors field at 2001 Blake Street

The Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche Play at the Pepsi Center at 1000 Chopper Circle

Explore Colorado's famous Rocky Mountains, some noted places close to the city are Buffalo Bills Grave, and Look Out Mountain, Just head west on I-70.

Walk the 16th st. Mall. Shops. Restaurants, Music all in the middle of downtown.

The Denver Skate park is always Fun at 2205 19th st.

The Children's museum located at 2121 Childrens Museum Dr is great for the younger kids.

The downtown aquarium is fun for all ages and it can be found at 700 Water St.

    Hope I helped.

  5. Lots, http://www.denver.org

Red Rocks Amphitheater is a must see and the art museum

  6. Red Rocks Amphitheatre is cool.  During the summer they show movies on Wednesday nights.  Check out their website for events.

There are plenty of hiking trails in, or around, the Denver area.  Also, the downtown area has a lot going on.

If you want to visit the mountains I would recommend driving up I-70 west and getting off on the exit right before the Eisenhower Tunnel which is Loveland Pass.  You will go over the Continental Divide and it will take you into Silverthorne.  It's close to a lot of the ski areas and you can usually mountain bike at them in the summer.  You can also check out Boulder and take a drive up Boulder Canyon.
