What to do in Europe!!?

What things should I definatly do there during my vacation!?

Cities - Rome, London, Berlin (awesome nightlife), Barcelona

Countryside - Tuscany/Umbria, English Lakes or Scottish Highlands, Provence, Black Forest...

Sunshine - Greek islands, most of the Mediterranean

To be honest, the list is endless.  My own personal favourite is a couple of days in Rome, then a drive up to Orvietto, Sienna and Florence over a week or so.  Beautiful scenery, amazing amazing food and wine and great architecture.  That or partying all night in Berlin :)
