  1. harrods

    the london eye

    big ben

    tower bridge

    buckingham palace

    madame tussades

    i LOVE these places!

  2. All the clues are in Lillie Allen's song "LDN".

  3. I also recommend the London sightseing tour- hop on hop off bus. Of all the things there are to see ( and you can spend a lot of money) I recommend the London Tower, and the London dungeon. I think madame Tussaud's is way too expensive for what it offers, The natural Science Museum is fun and free for an hour at the end of the day (4PM to 5PM I think), don't miss Harrod's and if you want to do some shopping go to Notting Hill, to Camden Market, Portobello market and Covent Garden and of course I wouldn't miss the soho. For a bit of Sherlock Holmes go to Backer street, you can visit the Sherlock Holmes museum.

For some really great Indian cuisine go to Commercial street, there are lot's of great Indian restaurant's there, If you're going in the xmas season, go to Oxford street and regent street to see the xmas lighting (go at night- 7-8PM)

  4. big ben- the clock

    london bridge

    the Queens palace

and if your an Aussie get some british friends and amuse them by saying "CRICKEY"

  5. Yes I agree the tour bus is the best seeing as you are here for a couple of days. Get a guide book so you know what to see when you get here.

Buckingham palace and the queen's gardens, london eye, lond bridge / tower brdge, st paul's cathedral, london dungeon, canary wharf (nice buildings can have dinner there), big ben, number 10 and house of parliament etc wround there, westmister cathedral, oxford street & regent st (shopping and just seeing masses of people), leicester square, trafalgar square, if you have time throw in a musical - you'll love it

  6. i found that the best way to see as much as possible is just jumping on a double decker bus...  it's a hop on and hop off tour.  it will automatically take you to all the best sightseeing places...  but i personally recommend you take a tour of the tower of london...  i thought it was fabulous :)  have fun... it's a wonderful city!!!
