  1. If you are in a crash while driving, you are required by law to stop. If anyone is hurt, you must get help (call 911.) You must also be ready to give your name, phone number, address, vehicle registration number, driver's license and car insurance information

  2. You need his name, phone number, address,, insurance info, make sure you take the name off either driver's license or insurance card  and report to police.  Who is at fault? Don't discuss that with him let the police or insurance figure that out, if it was you DO NOT admit to anything!

  3. are you using a computer and driving at the same time?

    very interesting

hope nobody is hurt -that the first thing

then you can exchange license info and insurance

and if nobody is hurt sometimes the police wont come unless

there damage over 500 (or something like that)

or someone was injured or the other driver is DUI or its

    a ht and run (

  4. First, call the police immediately.

    Obtain the following information:

1.) Driver's name, address, phone number and Driver's license number

2.) Name of insurance company and Insurance policy number

3.) Vehicle make, model, year and Vehicle identification number (VIN number)

4.) License number and province of issuance

5.) Vehicle owner's name, address, and phone number if different from the driver

Hope I helped and good luck!

  5. call 911 and report the accident

  6. Well yeah, he doesn't look happy--he was just in a car accident. But that is not your problem. You problem is this: Your neck/back/whatever hurts. A lot. No matter what the guy says or asks, this is your response: "My neck/back/whatever hurts. Here is my driver's license and insurance card; where is yours? My neck/back/whatever hurts." Definitely call 911 immediately. Do not ever say "I'm sorry," even in the sense that you're sorry this event had to happen, regardless of who's fault it was. Do not EVER say "I'm sorry." Just say this: "My neck/back/whatever hurts." Then call a good lawyer.

  7. Sounds to me like it's your fault.  Should've had your attention on driving instead of on a computer.
