What to do in dublin for 4 hours???

Question

I have a friend coming over from england she is polish and is doing me a huge favour by being the suprise guest at a party in the eve (730 pm) her flight lands at 11 30 and she has never been to dublin.

I really wanna organise a short day out for her, she is a photographer, an artist, any ideas???

Well i would consider one of these two options depending on her preferences and circumstances:

U can take her to Howth head. Its in the city nd close to the airport, but at the same time its quite different: u can c all the islands around, the houses in the rocks, the cliffs, the village itself is quite nice with old church nd stuff. Then there is the little harbour where u can c cute seals :) there are nice pubs there where u can have lunch too.

The other option would be walking around the city centre for a more building-sight seeing. Some things a visitor shouldnt miss in Dublin are StPatrick's cathedral, trinity library... Take her for a walk aroung grafton st nd st stephens green, theyr vibrant when full of people and/or sunny ;) Obviously a visit to temple bar is a must, and a walk along the river, for some bridges-cool-pics would be nice too.

And the obvious: shopping! haha

You should take her on the official Dublin Tour bus...it takes about an hour and a half - plus its a great opportunity to see the sights of Dublin. There are also Coastal Bus tours if that suits better!
