What to do in education if i want to do this?

So I have been confused a lot about wat I wanna do with my life. . . well i plan on living in new york. .. . and i know that in new york there arent some good places but i was wondering i would love teenagers who go through hard times in life or have a bad family backround i would love to help them and let them know they can do better for them sleves well what kinda education do i need to become a persoon like that?
