  1. Contrary to the first answer, there is no skiing in Geneva.  Depending on the time of the year, Geneva can be a very charming city.  When the weather is warm, you can rent a little powerboat and go around the lake to see where some of the world's richest live.  It is also a beautiful, clean, and interesting city.  There are a number of museums and parks.  And there are some delicious restaurants.  If your budget affords it, visit l'Entrecote - an amazing steak & fries restaurant.  On the other side of the lake is Les Glycines.  Another unbelieveable culinary treat.  You will find many international shops as well as some of the most distinguished.  If you want to relax you can easily pull up a chair in a few of the old town's cafe and watch chic people walk past.

For the return, you can take a TGV to Paris and then head to London.

  3. To be honest, 4 days in Geneva is too long!! But a few "musts" - make sure you go around the old town and up the tower of the Cathedral. Head out to the United Nations for a tour there and also the Red Cross Museum. Take the advice of dbrody4 and check out all the great restaurants, parks and the lake but you could also use Geneva as a base for some day trips. By train you can be almost anywhere in Switzerland in 3 or 4 hours (or less). I'd also recommend catching a bus to Annecy in France - they leave from Gare Routière. Anyway, good luck. 4. Go skiing and eat chocalate
