What to do in mitte area at night?

I'm staying around the mitte area (TV tower) and was wondering what can I do during the evening 9-11 pm. I'm not interested in nightclubs, but would like a safe thing to do for a female travelling alone. Thanks!

Not to sound ignorant, but where is "mitte"? I know of too many TV towers in too many countries.
