What to do in toronto canada in oct - nov?

Im looking after 4 children ages ranging from 1 to 8 at the end of october to the beginning of november. Im from england and so are they so i have no idea what things i can do with them, anybody got any idea's?

The fall is also a great time to go to the Metro Zoo!  It does involve some walking out side but there are plenty of indoor exhibits too, and there are lots of nice days around the end of October - beginning of November.  My birthday is November 2nd and I used to go all the time as a kid as a treat.  The zoo is placed in the Rouge Valley and with the changing leaves is beautiful!

Its almost winter by then so mostly indoor stuff.  The difference in what a 1 year old and 8 year old would like is pretty extreme of course but consider:

Ontario Place is great for kids/ it has an IMAX cinema and lots of other cool things for kids.

Ontario Science Centre also a full day.

Royal Ontario Museum has a great dinosaur exhibits and lots of other stuff, kids usually like.
