My husband was given a 10 year bar before continuing with his case. I'm desperate to have my husband back home. What can I do? I need a really good lawyer who will do the best possible to bring him back. I live in Modesto, CA and I'm willing to go to Los Angeles to meet with a lawyer if I have to as long as I have my family back together again. I'm desperate and helpful suggestions appreciated.

  1. What you need is a good Immigration lawyer. One of the best lives in Huston, Texas. His name is Horacio Marull, you can contact him by e-mail at marull@comcast.net or call direct at (214)912-2211. If there is any hope, he would know! GOD Bless and good luck!

  2. I would definitely recommend that you consult a lawyer. This is the only thing you can do. The only chance to get him back is to prove his family needs him emotionally and financially. I feel sorry for you but I'm sure there was a reason for this punishment because it is only in very serious cases when people get such a long bar if your husband is legal... as there was a reason (it was probably a legal case), you will have a hard time doing anything about this.
