What to do on the days leading up to and on the day of racing in 100m sprint?

what should i do on the days leading up to and before the race. what foods and what exersizes. everything that i can do to help should i relax or go for a run?

  1. only drink 15 mins before the race or mayby have a quick sip just before the race.only eat 30 mins before the race.
